Copyright and DMCA policy

1. Our position

GameAssetCode is a marketplace. Sellers are responsible for holding the rights to the source code and assets they list. We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to valid complaints quickly.

2. Filing a complaint

Send a notice to copyright@asc.dev with:

• Identification of the protected work.
• The exact URL of the allegedly infringing listing.
• Your contact details and a statement of good faith belief.
• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder.

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours. Repeat infringes are removed and banned.

3. Counter notice

If your listing was removed by mistake, send a counter notice with your contact details, the listing URL and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake. Restored listings are reviewed by hand.

4. Buyer responsibility

Purchased source code is licensed for one app. Do not redistribute the files, upload them to public repositories or resell them. Violations end your license and may end your account.
